The Settings sheet

Every action that isn’t part of the day-to-day “RSVP and check what’s coming up” flow lives in the Settings sheet. You open it by tapping the icon at the top-right of any family page.

The Settings sheet open on a phone, showing the four sections

Phone notifications

Turn on push notifications for this device. Push fires for urgent changes only: cancellations, time/location moves, and coach notes when the event is within 48 hours.

  • On iPhone, you must add the page to your home screen first; otherwise Apple won’t let any browser receive push.
  • On Android, just tap Enable and grant permission when prompted.
  • One toggle per device. If you switch phones, re-enable on the new phone.

Who gets alert emails?

A checkbox per contact (mom, dad, athlete, grandma). Anyone checked gets emailed when a coach makes a change to your kid’s schedule. Telegram channel posts go to everyone in the channel regardless of this setting.

This is also where you opt out if you don’t want emails. Coaches can see in their tool whether you’ve turned alerts off.

If a coach in the program is also a parent on your kids’ team, they can use the same login to switch between coach mode and parent mode. You start that process here — enter the coach’s email and we send them a confirmation link.

For most families, this stays empty.

Account → Switch to another family

If you landed on the wrong family page (clicked the wrong invite link, or you have kids registered under multiple family records), tap this to clear the device cookie and go back to the family picker.

This is also useful if you share a phone with another family and want to see their page for a moment without signing out completely.

Account → Switch to coach mode

Only appears if you’re signed in as a coach. One tap jumps to the coach tool. Useful for coach-parents during practice when they need to mark attendance.
